Wine Specials:

RED Wine:

2018 Cap Royal Bordeaux Supérieur~ $22

75% merlot and 25% cabernet sauvignon. Intensely coloured with a nose of blackberry, blueberry and spice.

2019 Masseria Li Veli Passamante Salice Salentino Negroamaro ~ $20

Dense ruby red with a purplish rim, it is immediately intense on the nose with marked aromas of ripe red fruits, notably cherries followed by spicy notes of cinnamon and nutmeg; in the mouth it is full, powerful, smooth and very long, with a well defined acid streak which makes it fresh and pleasing.

2019 Garofoli Verdicchio ~ $20

A clean, fresh and rather direct white wine with a pale-straw color and a bit of that Verdicchio green along the edges. Loads of citrus-like aromas on the nose, giving the overall impression of sweetness with an edge. Tangerines, apricot, hay, almond and mineral tingle round it out. A well-rounded wine with a sensuous texture.

We arrive at the restaurant by 11:30am to start prep; call early to place a pizza order for take out.

Due to Covid-19 in order to keep our food handling down to a minimum we will be using a basil oil made in house on our Margherita and Bufalina Pizzas instead of fresh torn basil.

Our recommendation, and how we personally eat our takeout pizza, we suggest asking for them slightly under baked and not cut. Then you can take the pizza home and pop it in a hot oven (450 degrees for about 5 minutes.)
