 for one month this summer, June 23rd -July 25th, for a research sabbatical. We will reopen on Friday, July 26th, with a new summer menu. We are sorry for any inconvenience this might cause. We decided to create a Substack so you can follow along on our adventures while we research for our third cookbook.

We highly recommend calling early for take-out and RESERVATIONS based on our limited dough capacity

We arrive at the restaurant by 11:00  to start prep; call early to place an order or to make a reservation.

 

*Our recommendation, and how we eat our takeout pizza, we suggest asking for them slightly underbaked and not cut. Then you can take the pizza home and pop it in a hot oven (450 degrees for about 2-3 minutes.)
