Hiya! We have been very busy working on some new projects the last few months. First, we got a new book deal and will write our third cookbook! We can’t disclose too much information about the book yet. However, we decided to create a Substack so you can follow along on our adventures and see how we use our findings at the restaurant. 

So, we are here to announce that Bufalina will be closed for one month this summer (June 23rd -July 25th) for a research sabbatical. We will reopen on Friday, July 26th, with a new summer menu and travel inspiration. We are sorry for any inconvenience this might cause.

We highly recommend calling early for take-out and RESERVATIONS based on our limited dough capacity

We arrive at the restaurant by 11:00  to start prep; call early to place an order or to make a reservation.

 

*Our recommendation, and how we eat our takeout pizza, we suggest asking for them slightly underbaked and not cut. Then you can take the pizza home and pop it in a hot oven (450 degrees for about 2-3 minutes.)
