Bufalina will be closed for spring break Thursday April 15 – Wednesday April 21st. We will reopen Thursday April 22nd.

Wine Specials:

RED Wine:

2015 Selvapiana Pomino Villa Petrognano ~ $25

20% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Merlot, 60% Sangiovese

Fragrant and refined, this opens with enticing scents of rose, violet, sandalwood and forest floor. All about finesse, the elegantly structured palate delivers ripe Marasca cherry, strawberry compote, star anise and ground cinnamon set against firm, fine-grained tannins. It’s well balanced, with fresh acidity

2019 Marchesi di Gresy Barbera D’Asti ~ $20

This ruby red Barbera with violet hues has intense flavors of ripe cherries and blackberries.  Full on the palate with excellent acidity.

White Wine:

2018 Joseph Drouhin Bourgogne Chardonnay $20

A bouquet of citrus aromas, and then you will find honey and vanilla. In the mouth, it is funky, spontaneous, striking. Really charming. Exceptional weather conditions gave a very healthy crop of high quality. This white wine shows a very pleasant balance.

We arrive at the restaurant by 11:30am to start prep; call early to place a pizza order for take out.

Due to Covid-19 in order to keep our food handling down to a minimum we will be using a basil oil made in house on our Margherita and Bufalina Pizzas instead of fresh torn basil.

Our recommendation, and how we personally eat our takeout pizza, we suggest asking for them slightly under baked and not cut. Then you can take the pizza home and pop it in a hot oven (450 degrees for about 5 minutes.)

*Please park in the lot adjacent to the restaurant or on Fair Street*
